Data collected
The website does not store contact form submissions in a database. The discovery form prepares an email draft in your email client. If you send that email, Marksyte may receive the name, email address, company or role, and challenge description you choose to include.
If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may process online identifiers and technical usage information such as visited pages, approximate location, device, browser, and interaction data.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact details are used to respond to enquiries, arrange discovery conversations, and manage a potential business relationship. The basis is your request to be contacted and Marksyte's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Analytics data is used to understand and improve website performance. This optional processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through “Cookie settings”.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept only for as long as needed to manage the conversation, follow up on the request, or meet basic administrative obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal data, object to its processing, or request a copy in a portable format by emailing contact@marksyte.com.

Automated decision-making
Marksyte does not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Third parties
Email delivery and hosting providers may process technical data as part of normal service delivery. If analytics is accepted, Google processes analytics data as the service provider. External websites linked from Marksyte are governed by their own privacy policies.
